Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across fintech, payments, and digital commerce.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, and technology partners.
- Lead discovery discussions to assess partner needs and shape tailored commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance on go-to-market and integration initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Track performance metrics, market insights, and partnership outcomes to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build value-driven partnerships.
- Understanding of payment flows, regulatory landscape, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple high-impact deals simultaneously.
