A strategic and results-oriented professional responsible for driving expansion into new markets, establishing partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across fintech, payments, and digital commerce.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, and technology partners.
  • Lead discovery discussions to assess partner needs and shape tailored commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance on go-to-market and integration initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Track performance metrics, market insights, and partnership outcomes to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years of business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build value-driven partnerships.
  • Understanding of payment flows, regulatory landscape, and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple high-impact deals simultaneously.
