Key Responsibilities:
- Own and expand relationships with key merchants and enterprise clients.
- Understand client needs, proactively identify growth opportunities, and drive upsell/cross-sell.
- Act as a trusted advisor on product capabilities, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with Product, Support, and Risk/Compliance teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor account health, performance analytics, and service-level adherence.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and support roadmap prioritization
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of account management experience in fintech, payments or SaaS.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven success in revenue retention and expansion.
- Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and build strong partnerships
- Solid understanding of digital payments, risk, and merchant operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
