Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice across commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including with financial institutions and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with EU and local regulations relevant to fintech and payments.
- Support licensing, regulatory filings, and collaboration with competent authorities.
- Lead internal policy development and maintain legal governance frameworks.
- Advise cross-functional teams on product launches, data protection, IP, and risk management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law (EU & local).
- Experience managing legal processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into business-friendly guidance.
- Valid legal qualification (LLB/LLM); membership in a recognized bar association preferred.
