Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline of merchants, fintech clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct product demos, presentations and tailor value propositions to customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide insights to leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments or SaaS.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Understanding of payments infrastructure (APMs, cards, PSPs, risk, FX) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at executive level.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
