A commercially-driven professional responsible for revenue growth, acquisition of new partners and expansion of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of merchants, fintech clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations and tailor value propositions to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to drive go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide insights to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments or SaaS.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Understanding of payments infrastructure (APMs, cards, PSPs, risk, FX) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at executive level.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
